CIRBE es, según sus iniciales , la Central de Información de Riesgos del Banco de España.
Se trata de un servicio público gestionado por el Banco de España y cuya función es la de administrar una banco de información común con todas las entidades financieras con el objetivo de comunicar todos y cada uno de los préstamos, créditos, acredites y riesgos que aceptan las entidades financieras con sus clientes , ya sean personas físicas o jurídicas.
La intención del CIRBE es que las entidades financieras puedan tener un reflejo, a través del cruce de datos realizado mensualmente por éstas , de la imagen pública disponible en sus registros; y así mismo el Banco de España pueda ejercer la función primordial encomendada al mismo, que no es otra que la supervisión y el control del sistema financiero español.
No, el CIRBE no es un registro de morosos , ya que su registro no alcanza a saber si un individuo ha cumplido una o no con el pago de una deuda; más allá de que , lo que sí puede conseguirse con el CIRBE es cruzar los datos libres en su registro con las entidades financieras con otros registros como el Registro de Aceptaciones Impagadas (RAI) o la ASNEF, y de esta manera poder tener una visión clara del deber y compromiso de sus clientes con respecto a las deudas contraídas por los mismos.
Cancelando los créditos, préstamos, o acredites que se te hayan concedido o disponiendo de una deuda inferior a 6.000 €. Si no se dan estos requisitos, no se va a poder salir del CIRBE.
No obstante lo previo , accedido al registro del CIRBE, es posible solicitar la cancelación y/o rectificación de tus datos si exactamente los mismos no corresponden con la realidad , logrando hacerlo mediante los expertos de Remove Group con solo cumplimentar el formulario de solicitud y anexando al mismo la fotocopia de tu DNI por las dos caras (o cualquier documento válido en derecho que te identifique).
Estar en el CIRBE no tiene porqué ser negativo, mucho más bien lo normal es estar en el CIRBE si se dispone de un crédito o préstamo vigente, aval o tarjeta de crédito concedida por una entidad financiera. Lo verdaderamente negativo es no cumplir con las obligaciones derivadas de cualquier relación contractual con las entidades financieras y las consecuencias que puedan derivar del impago de obligaciones económica con éstas.
Indudablemente que sí, ya que el CIRBE no es un fichero de morosidad.
No debería existir problema alguno en la concesión de un préstamo, mientras que no hayas incurrido en ningún incumplimiento de tus obligaciones en lo que se refiere al pago de sus cuotas derivadas de un crédito o préstamo vigente, aval o tarjeta de crédito concedida por una entidad financiera.
No debes olvidar que la base de datos del CIRBE se actualiza mensualmente, con lo que si has abonado tu deuda y no te conceden un préstamo o crédito, quizás debas esperar por mes siguiente para efectuar nuevamente la solicitud.
